County Recorder Proposed Fee Schedule Update

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Utah Code 17-71-407, the fees for services provided by the County Recorder’s Office will be updated.

In accordance with state law:

• All fees must be paid in advance or authorized for electronic payment prior to any recording, copying, or other services being performed.
• The County may establish and collect fees for services not specifically listed in statute by ordinance or resolution.

Attached is the newly updated fee schedule that will be discussed and possibly approved during commission meeting on Tuesday, April 21^st.  The new fees if approved will go into effect MAY 6, 2026.
