Due to the mandatory evacuation sent Sunday, August 2, 2026 by the Millard County Sheriff’s Office, the Public Safety building and all offices located within will be closed, until further notice. The Clerk’s Office staff will be teleworking, during this closure. Unfortunately, in person services such as Passports will be delayed until the evacuation order is lifted. ***We are unable to take passport photos at this time (July 7, 2026). The Passport Photo Machine is down, we’ve ordered a new one but it won’t be here for a few weeks. We will update this page once it arrives and we are back up and running to take photos. You may obtain a passport photo at a Walmart, Costco or any photo printing shops. The Delta Post Office also takes passport pictures or you may find other processing offices by visiting travel.state.gov. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. We are still able to process passport application during this time. *****
