Since Millard County is a “vote by mail” county, all ballots will be mailed to the mailing address on the voters registration, unless the voter has requested not to receive a ballot by mail.  Either way, voters have the option of having a ballot mailed to a temporary mailing address if the voter is going to be away during the election.  The voter will just need to complete a Utah Voter Registration Form and indicate where they want their ballot mailed.  Once the voter returns home, they will need to complete a new registration form to change the mailing address back to the home mailing address.

All printed completed forms should be mailed to the Millard County Clerk’s office, 765 S Hwy 99 Ste. 6, Fillmore UT 84631, or completed online by visiting: https://secure.utah.gov/voterreg/index.html
