There are several ways you can register and you can select any one method that works for you. The registration deadline is eleven (11) days before an election if you are requesting a ballot be mailed to you.
Online Registration:
- You can register to vote online simply by going to the Online Voter Registration Website and completing the online form. In order to register online, you must have a current Utah Driver’s License or ID Card that matches the address at which you are attempting to register to vote.
- It is recommended that you update your address on your driver’s license before registering to vote online by going to the Driver License Division’s website: https://secure.utah.gov/dlr/index.html
By-Mail Registration:
- You may use a by-mail voter registration form that can be found in our office or at vote.utah.gov. If you are registering to vote using a by-mail voter registration form, the Clerk’s Office must receive the form no later than 11 days before the election to be eligible for a ballot to be mailed to you.
In-person Registration:
- You may register in person at the Millard County Clerk’s Office; 765 South Hwy 99, Ste. 6, Fillmore, UT 84631 during our regular business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding State and Federal Holidays.
Same Day Registration:
- Even if you have not previously registered to vote or failed to update your address after a move, you have to option to vote at an early voting location or Election Day Vote Center by completing a “Provisional Ballot”. A provisional ballot requires addition information from the voter, including valid identification and proof of residency. The provisional ballot form then becomes your voter registration form. Once eligibility has been determined by the Election Staff, the provisional ballot will be counted and added to the Canvass results.
