When using a federal write-in absentee ballot, (ballot paperwork and instructions – Postcard) fill out the Voter Information section completely and accurately. Write-in the office and candidate name(s) for the races you choose to vote for in the appropriate sections. Ballots sent by mail must be postmarked no later than Monday, August 11, 2025, and electronic ballots must be received no later than 8:00 pm (MT) on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
