The Municipal General Election Canvass was conducted by each city/town:
- The Delta City Municipal General Election Canvass was held Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Delta City Offices.
- The Kanosh Town Municipal General Election Canvass was held Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Kanosh Town.
- The Hinckley Town Municipal General Election Canvass was held Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Hinckley Town.
- The Fillmore City Municipal General Election Canvass will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Fillmore City Offices.
An Audit of ballots was conducted Monday, November 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at the Millard County Clerk’s Office.
An audit of signature batches was conducted, as necessary, throughout the entire election process; Monday – Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
These two audits were open to the public.
On Election Night, there were approximately 455 uncounted ballots combined by all 4 municipalities, plus 4 provisional ballots and 7 challenged ballots that could potentially have been counted during the canvass. **A second set of results was released on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 for Fillmore City only. All other municipalities results were released during their Canvass scheduled Wednesday and Thursday of the same week. Ballots were processed Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 10:15 am and a final process of ballots will take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 8:10 am.

An audit of ballots was conducted Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Millard County Clerk’s Office.
