Millard County is Voting By Mail. 

(beginning with the 2016 General Election)

Ballots begin to arrive 21 days before each election.

Who May Vote by Absentee Ballot:

Any person who is registered to vote may vote by absentee ballot.

How to Apply for an Absentee Ballot:

If you’ve opted in to receiving a ballot by mail, you will only need to complete an absentee ballot application (registration form) if you want your ballot mailed to a specific address that is different from your home mailing address.

If you’ve opted out of receiving a ballot by mail, you will need to complete an absentee ballot application (registration form) for all elections you want your ballot mailed to you.

All printed completed forms should be hand delivered or mailed to the Millard County Clerk’s Office, 765 S Hwy 99 Ste. 6, Fillmore UT 84631.  Or you can file an absentee ballot application online at: https://secure.utah.gov/voterreg/index.html

Deadline to Apply for an Absentee Ballot

For regular absentee voting, the clerk should receive the absentee ballot application no later than the Thursday before the election. For Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) voters, the clerk should receive the application no later than the day before the election.

Deadline for Returning the Absentee Ballot

All ballots must be received by an election official or dropped in a secure drop box before 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, or it will NOT be counted.
